Operational Risk Management

Operational Risk Management (ORM) is a method  of decision making. Its purpose is to help individuals to avoid unessesary risk taken during multi tasking operations. It is not a SUPR method. It is just a simple methodology which most people usually use yet they are not know it and they are not doing it always.
